Quit Smoking
As a smoker you know only too well the possible serious consequences to your health and well-being as a result of maintaining your smoking habit. Most smokers really want to quit but don't believe they can.
Is nicotine as addictive as is commonly believed?
Nicotine enters your bloodstream very quickly but it also leaves very quickly. If you were to stop smoking today, nicotine would be out of your system completely in a matter of days. Many of my smoking clients have reported being off cigarettes in the past for days, weeks or sometimes even a few years but still had cravings and eventually resumed the habit. If nicotine is no longer in a persons system then the physical addiction simply cannot exist. What is it that either maintains the smoking habit or gets a person to resume it?
There are two things that maintain the smoking habit :
- The psychological dependence (emotional attachment) to the cigarette.
- The habit pattern itself. When a habit pattern is established the mind expects it to happen.
In your Quit Smoking session I will help you to release yourself from the psychological dependence on the cigarette and to change the habit pattern. When this is complete there is no need for willpower, you simply will not need to smoke again.
Authoritative studies on smoking cessation have shown that Hypnosis is the most effective method to stop smoking.
Each stop smoking session is tailored to your individual reasons and concerns about stopping smoking. All that is required on your part is a genuine desire to quit.
